Formal Scrolls?

Greeting to All,

I hope the new year has been good thus far, and hope to see you all again later this month. But I wanted to inquire about Formal Scrolls? I am trying to create a library of Formal Scrolls, however, I have yet to acquire any? So if any one has any formal scroll they would like to sell, I would be willing to purchase them or even cast off them for you (as long as their low levels).

I am looking forward to our upcoming adventures and able to assist with some (limited) formal capabilities.

How 'low' are we talking their friend?

When will ye be traveling through town? We welcomes all humanoids of the kind disposition to our wild land. As the local tavern keeper I welcome ye and wonders if you will need any special foods for your kitten?

As for how low of spells Master Micha Amasai is speaking of he has just begun his studies into the formal arts of earth magic. his strength and knowledge of magic and archery are increasing and hopefully he will soon be a very powerful practercer of the arts magical.
