Hey guys... gonna try to come out to the event.

Any google map directions to the camp? What are sleeping arrangements like and what time you all usually start showing up? Also, anyone from the Clarksburg area looking to carpool? Who do I send my sheet to?

the sleeping arrangements are cabins, may need a heater. if memory serves me correctly 2-3 cabins are available for sleeping.

The directions on the website are good. check google for camp arrowhead it should take you to it, if not go for Huntington Mall.

I will be there around 7ish I hope (will be doing light food that night). most start showing up around 6-7 (from what I remember form only 2 day event I have been to).

And come hungry Saturday.

The address to the camp is 4200 Boy Scout Rd Ona, WV 25545 -- From Google Maps it give pretty good directions.

The camp has cabins and tent camping your choice there will be three cabins available as previously stated. The cabins are quite big and can hold quite a number of people.

Check in starts at 7:00pm to 9:00pm game should start around 10:00pm
