Look at the Healing Pool cantrip? I understand that you have have a healing/defiling pool, and that it is touch cast of 10 elemental healing/chaos.

So my question is this it you have a defiling pool, and have to touch cast 10 elemental chaos, can it be rejected, as per the touch cast rules? if so what is the benefit of having this...unless of course you healing undead? or is that what its intended for?

Yes, it can be refused and yes it is only for healing undead.
