how to make a costume?

ok my costume was like $12 but i need to know how, or how to get costumes for a -gypsee templar, - 2 wolf scav templars. - 1 wolf scav rouge- and 1 wolf scav scholor any ideas? and and 2 amaini elfs

well that i know i mean gypsee will be easy but sence idk how to sew the wolfs will be a problem

Try getting some fleece pants/vests to mimic the fur look... For the Templar, a tabbard can be easily made with felt (you don't have to do any sewing, this fabric does not fray), you can also cut out symbols or designs and glue them onto the felt.
