character crests wanted
okay so i'm trying to keep record of everyone and after talking to the new players at kentucky's event I thought i'd start writing down synopses of everyone (from Vaylen's perspective at least) and I would love to put an image of a crest with everyone so if you'd like to post your character's crest or family's crest here that would be awesome! thanks '
oh and here are a few samples of what i've written so far for everyone's amusement:
Baron E’nick Greycloak of Naringal, Lord Seneschal of Willowdark, et al. is well known to many but a mystery that defies category. Legends tell of him as a powerful wizard, others a master alchemist, some say he is a warrior of epic tale, and still others claim him a thief, a necromancer, and a rogue. In truth few know the true story of his rise to power, but even few question his power. Though he holds great prowess in the fields of battle, and holds great wealth, Baron Greycloak’s truest strengths lie in his influence of others. He has built Stormburg from the ground up using his connections and skills in a short time. If there is something you need done, Baron Greycloak can make it happen… but at what cost?
Lady Hime Wren Ryu of Naringal, First Maiden of the Lunari, et al. is known foremost as the keeper of the true Lunari nation and secondly as the mistress of Baron Greycloak. Originally a native Vornae of Naringal, Lady Wren Ryu was forced into leading her people to the surface after her people were overrun in a brutal civil war. Now as a Lunari, Lady Wren Ryu uses her earth magics to protect her people from the alien life on the surface world. She is well known for using ancient Vornae artifacts to capture the images of those around her to serve as records of her people’s history.
Sir Micah Amasai, Master of the Naringal Mage’s Guild, Leader of the Amasai Clan, et. al is well known for his skills in magics and for his seemingly endless supply of treasure and magical items. A shrewd and cunning ally to the lands of Naringal, the elf originally led his clan to the lands of Naringal as one of the first settlers. Rumor has that the Amasai clan consists of thieves and murderers and they were forced to flee their homeland for fear of beheading. Others say that the Amasai were oppressed in their homeland and braved the lands of Naringal to make a safehaven for other refugees. Either way those who have met Master Amasai know he works diligently to keep his clan safe and keep others safe from his clan. With his power and control of the Amasai, he could be a dreadful enemy, fortunately he has become a savior of the people of Naringal and a great ally to the surrounding Nations.

Re: character crests wanted
more thingies... still working on them...
Lieutenant Terik Locklain, Knight of Naringal, Steward of the House of Commons of Naringal, et. al was once a naive farm boy in the northern lands of Willowdark. After Lanessa destroyed his homeland he and his brother fled to the lands of Naringal tired of the oppressive rules and laws that served only a select few. Though Terik does not oppose the creation of laws he does oppose injustice and necromancy at every turn. Terik has honed his skills to become a versatile warrior and a leader of the people, but do his notions of honor and duty blind him from the truth?
Sir Arvil Boulderbreaker of Clan Stoneforge, Grandmaster Smith, and Chosen of Brego Battleaxe, et. al is a walking armory. The dwarven knight is an imposing figure clad in armor, beard and numerous weapons. Arvil is the wall of steel that the dangers of Naringal hammer against and from the sparks a new nation was forged. His strength is equal only to his honor. His flames of hatred against the dark dwarves shape his blades but his devotion to Brego Battleaxe tempers his anger into a mighty edge to strike down his foes.
Sir Zane Amasai, First Knight of the Lunari People, et. al is the second born of the Amasai clan. Rumor has it that Zane traded his common sense for the blessings of the icon of luck. Others say it’s a clever ruse the warrior puts on to guile his way through battle. Either way it’s clear that Zane is a wild card in battle. Sir Zane may wipe out an army of undead single handled, and then end up burning down half the town trying to ignite his own flatulence. Use simple and clear directions and this elf is worth more than an army of seasoned soldiers.
Mirgonael Dragonsbane is the head of the Dragonsbane family filled with skilled adventurers. Little is known of their past though it is said that Mirgonael is a wild mage who sacrifices his own strength for the fueling of his powerful arts. Though physical exertion leaves him weakened his eyes tell of a knowledge inside him that remains a mystery to most mortals. The fray of battle leaves him weary and he can often be seen perching just outside the melee like a serpent waiting to strike.
Disday Dragonsbane, “The Black Widow” is the wife and caretaker of Mirgonael. It is obvious that this temptress holds great alchemic secrets. Some say she is a witch from the Shimez islands far from the continent of Avalon who was once forced into being a concubine for a corrupt emperor until she earned her freedom by poisoning his tea. Others claim that she keeps Mirgonael alive with her unholy brews that even frighten death away. What is clear is that this woman fears little in this world or the next and is not to be trifled with.
Hespia Dragonsbane is a young page that holds great potential locked inside her. She is cunning fast and as sharp as dwarven steel. This young lass as the etiquette and charm of a polished maiden, and can swindle the silver from your palm faster than a fae water trader. Deft of hand and fleet of foot, is is sure this youth has greatness in her waiting to break free.
Nordrik of the Lost Tribe is a barbarian of unknown origion. Unlike most barbarians this youth is small of statue and as swift as quicksilver. He is known to travel with the Dragonsbane Family and is obviously uncomfortable around Mirgoneal’s sky magic, yet he fights ferociously in protection of him. Some say Mirgonael saved his life using celestial magic and the boy’s tribe cast him out as tainted. Others say Mirgonael holds some sort of power over the barbarian. Either way the young tribesman is relentless on the battlefield with sword and shield finding few that can match his talent in steel.
Valen Darkeyes, “Hero of the Maddened Circle” is one of the few humans you will find in the Dwarven city of Haven. He even grows out his facial hair in respect of his battle brother Loke. His armor is a mismatch of trophies he “acquired” in battle which is a testament to his skill both on and off the battlefield. This wiley trickster is more than slippery about his past but what is known is he has proven himself to be a hero to the people of the republic.
