So just a quick run down of EVENTS, I will add more info and details later, but for now MARK your calendars!

Sept. 23-25 -- Borderlands (Lousia, KY)
Oct. 28-30 -- Borderlands (Lousia, KY)
Nov. 18-20 -- Haven (Cheif Logan, Chapmansville, WV)
Dec. 16-18 -- Haven (Cheif Logan, Chapmansville, WV)

We are also starting to look at other camp site options to bring the events back closer to home for us all!

OKAY! ... So few announcements! ... Going to make them here first as I working on getting the website updated to reflect these event dates and NEW CHANGES!

Event Fees: $50.00 (At the Door)
Pre-Reg Fee: $40.00 (PreReg/PrePay via paypal) These payments can be sent using the Buttons on the events page or sent to swvnero@gmail.com at any time

We still offering our standard discount for NEW PLAYERS and MILITARY PLAYERS, but those discounts are applied either at the door or by pre-paying!

NOW, for everyone else, The Lousia Campsite has VERY limited sleeping accommodations! So anyone that brings a tent to stay in, will get a $10.00 discount!

If your going to need to stay in the cabin, MAKE SURE YOU ARRANGEMENTS VIA the IG-Boards (I'll be posting on that soon) otherwise you might not have a place to sleep!!

To all dedicated LARPERS:

This message if for the NERO fanatics that are willing to brave Camp Louisa for a 2-day event. Zara will be bringing three tents to this event. One of the tents is a connected three-tent combo that can sleep 6 - 8; another single tent can sleep 2 - 4 people (if you are friendly); the last one can sleep 6 - 10. .... I think we're good for sleeping. I would like to save space in one of the tents to set up a small "merchandise" area so we can offer shirts, wrap pants, capes, chainmail, and other interesting items for the travelers' perusal/purchase! If you are interested in calling dibs on sleeping space (or in costume items), let Zara know!!

Sorry its taken so long, but all the event dates should be there for the year!!! ..... and we will begin working on Next as soon as we can finalize camp site locations!
