Site change for February 19th 2011

To all,

So it came to my attention yesterday that the City of Dunbar does not update their own calendar. So, we where informed that our rental of the shelter at Dunbar Wine Cellar Park would be over turned for a civic event.

So, through my wonderful reasoning skills and quick thinking. I had Michael check on Camp Arrowhead, Ona WV and Camp Cherokee, Louisa KY. One phone call we came to find Arrowhead was booked, but Cherokee is open.

Which brings me to this announcement! Our Stoneforge event is now moved to Camp Cherokee, Louisa KY after making arrangements. Starting time will still be noon and check in will be 10:00am till Noon we will be playing till 10:00pm + at the site. Plus we will be giving two day credit for this change instead of one with a full max out this time around.

Ok, since Chief Logan is a little hard to find and lets face it if you get lost in Louisa you will get to see a live reinactment of Deliverence... He's a little help: Take the Cattletsburg Exit on 64 going 23 south for about 15 minutes heading to louisa. Eventually there will be a gas station/taco bell that we eastern kentuckians call the castle. There will be a stop light and you'll turn right on route 3 follow that to state highway 1185 and follow it toward the boat ramp. There will be a small sign to the left for boyscout road. follow this gravel road over and around and up a hill till you see a cabin and a bunch of geeks with latex weapons.
