List of Outlaws in the Duchy of Naringal

Citizens,
I will not take this slight any more, after receiving this letter for Kelvaren of Avalon’s Crown.
Your Grace,
Allow me first to introduce myself. I am Kelvaren, a member of Avalon's Crown. It has recently come to my attention that you have decreed that I shall depart the tower outside of Amrun Taury or be considered an outlaw. It is not all members of Avalon's Crown who reside in said town, but myself alone.
That said, allow me to extend a proposition. First of all, you may or may not be aware that I and my associates in Avalon's Crown are compatriots of yours, in that we are all of an Evendarian heritage. While I have lived in Naringal for several years now, it has always been my wish to see the kingdom of Evendar expanded here, much as I tried to see it expand into the territories occupied by Stonegate when I lived there. Another thing you are probably aware of is that the "citizens" of Naringal have formed a council in retaliation to your announcement that you claimed this territory as your own. I have been granted a position on this council, without even asking or being present. This is because my experience as an adventurer is great and the others greatly value my wisdom.
One thing that could be said of Avalon's Crown is that we are opportunists, myself included. I see your coming here as a great opportunity, both for myself and for Naringal. This is where you come in. I wish to support you fully in your claim on these lands, but I would do so at my own risk. The others would not be so open to this idea and I could be somewhat outcast. However, if there were some benefit to supporting you, I believe I could sway some of the other council members.
The council consists of 4 members with a 5th person serving as a a deciding vote in the case of a draw. I believe that I can gain the support of one of the other council members easily. Gaining the support of a third may not be so easy however. If we can get the third vote however, your rule would be unopposed and Naringal could see the full glory of Evendar.
All I ask is that I be allowed to stay in my tower, uninterrupted for the time being. As the tower is under assault, any assistance clearing out the area would serve as a great gesture of good faith. Finally, when the opportunity arrises, I wish to be made ruler over Amrun Taury, reporting directly to you. I believe this would be considered a Barony, no? As you will soon come to realize, having Avalon's Crown as an ally comes with its own rewards!

This is truly an exemplary forgery of both my writing and persona. That is, until the last couple paragraphs. You even had me going. I thought maybe I had written this letter and simply forgotten, as I often do. Those of you who know me well will understand what I mean.
First, I don't know anyone on the council who would support you, let alone myself. Second, my "compatriots" and I of Avalon's Crown left Evendar because of this type of political bullying. If someone won't support you and your schemes, (as I said I would not when you asked), you simply make them an outlaw or kill them yourself. I saw this all too often in Evendar.
Finally, the biggest flaw in your letter from me is the request for a title. HA! Ask anyone who knows me how many times I have turned down a noble title. Four times that I can think of off the top of my head (quite a feat for me), let alone those I may have forgotten.
As for the bounty on my head, I am appalled that you would offer a higher bounty for Dante than I. I find this very offensive! Perhaps you can come to my tower where we can discuss this further. I might even let you in!!

You know what is funny about you and your pathetic group? I will tell you, first you have a member, who is a Lord of another land trying to help these poor lost citizens of mine. But you know after his so called "help" he is gone and no one has seen him. I will give him credit unlike you he helped in giving my people a once over, but that is because he sided with the evils of this land. The second thing is you have a absent minded hedge wizard, another member of yours that trys to destory what this member has set up. Idiots you all are like a bunch of spoiled childern that haven't been whipped well I'm here to take care of this Dante! To all citizens,
It has come to my attention Avalon’s Crown attacked a military vessel in the harbor of Lock Naduwn. I have confirmation they took tweleve Evendarrian citizen’s as well as commadering a vessel. There was also use of necromancy during this fight by those loyal to Avalon’s Crown. I am updating my list of outlaws to reflect this transgression and I will be sending missives to all lands in the Accords of Avalon to put sanctions on Southern Naringal and its so called “Republic.” I will also include these warrents as well so be warned if you are on this list you will be hunted down in all civilized lands.

Since we have come to peace with The Republic of Naringal. I have removed the names of those that fight for and are loyal citizens of The Republic of Naringal from this list.
Also, in light of this change it was brought to my attention back in Sept 611 in the Republic town of Haven the Lord High Chancellor of Naringal was assassinated. If I find out a Evandarrian citizen or citizens had a hand in this, I will go to no ends to remove their spirit from Tyrra. We may not like our cousins to the south, but by the planes I will not have anyone go against my word during our greatest hour of need. The survival of our way of life in Naringal is being tested by this land and we do not need more enemies.
