The Release Form has been updated!..... EVERY ONE needs to get a new one filled out and turned in!..... ASAP.....

If you are planing on participating in the MOD day, YOU must have one on file prior to or the day of that EVENT!

do you mean to say that we have to get in turned in before the mod day or can we give it to you on the day of the mod day?
