Gypsy Curse? Empty Gypsy Curse?

So someone explain to me how the gypsy curse works exactly, cause I have this lingering feeling my character's going to be severely put in his place the first time he meets Siska...

Daniel,

It can be anything that doesn't hinder you combat ability, but the gypsy must supply the items such as a beard, markings etc... The only way to remove it is from said gypsy, another but that is even harder. Oh, and my personal favorite you rez the gypsy.

By the book if you do die the curse if removed. Im not sure if that was changed in 9th ed or not. The curse can also not change how your character thinks....not sure why but honestly if you agree out of game on a curse that does not effect your combat ability then I say go for it. Ti tie has had SEVERAL on her the so many times she has pissed gypsy's off. Madam Zara being the only one gypsy she fears a curse from that is.

I can just see some wonderful curses coming Vaylen's way at the next event. I think something like you nose growing to several inches long while your manhood shrinks would be a great one. just a small suggestion Sissy.

How did i miss this post? it didn't highlight as a new post so i just ignored it! i'm gonna have lots of fun playing with vaylen i think. i've never played with a character that didn't like me. Very Happy more suggestions on curses please! i need some learnin' in that area. Razz and please no one take this the wrong way, but, playing a Gypsy is more and more looking to be like playing a Kender...this is gonna be so fun!

Daniel you are about to get F'ed on this. I am going to love watching, just make sure you can still cast a healing spell or 2.

Tasslehoff is m' man! If he's a part of the story, i have it! I'm working on Trapspringer now. I think, of all the stories I've read, Kendermore is my favorite. It made me want to visit Kendermore.

I figure that the famous Kender Taunt is a good way to start leaning the Romani Curse. Just change a few words and cause some mischief. It will be great!

BTW, Nice to see another Dragonlance fan out there!

i have a great plan for my gypsies curse. you know the hillbilly teeth you can get at joke shops and the like... i have several stocked up. and for those who would refuse that one which is understandable(though i am keeping them unopened for sanitation reasons) i have several pairs of the comedian glasses that have the large false noses attached. i would not be offended in the least if any other person playing a romani copied this idea. after all the whole point is either to shame them or to let every one else know that there are consequences for angering a romani

i had that same idea and i thought about whoopie cushions too. to attach to them in various places like feet and seat Razz ya know little things like that but i don't wanna make them too corny. the curses are gonna be the hardest part for me. but i'll get it i'm sure Razz good thing Sissie doesn't offend easily Razz good luck peoples! i dare ya to try to make Sissy angry enough to use a curse on you!
